A tecnologia Blockchain pode não ser a panacéia para os desafios do setor de saúde, mas possui o potencial de economizar bilhões de dólares otimizando os fluxos de trabalho atuais e desintermediando alguns porteiros de alto custo, de acordo com um novo estudo.
O estudo, “Mercado Global de Tecnologia Blockchain no Setor de Saúde, 2018-2022”, da Frost & Sullivan, analisou o cenário atual de fornecedores, tendências de financiamento e adoção comercial real pelas principais partes interessadas da área de saúde em todo o mundo. A equipe de pesquisa da Frost & Sullivan analisou mais de 250 fornecedores para entender seus produtos, soluções, projetos, funcionais e foco em aplicativos de blockchain para o setor de saúde. Para estimar o tamanho do mercado comercial da blockchain e a projeção futura, foram realizadas uma análise global das implantações comerciais atuais, a principal colaboração da indústria (consórcio / grupos de trabalho) em projetos-piloto e as tendências de financiamento.

CPMF não vai funcionar
Uma analise básica sobre a novo "CPMF" que está sendo proposto pelo governo, perde muita utilidade para o comercio e interação entre pessoas, devido as novas tecnologias como as da blockchain.
Transações feitas em moedas virtuais seja entre carteiras virtuais diretas ou seja em uma dapp (pagina para utilização de moeda para compra de produtos, não é contabilizada pelo ambiente financeiro do governo pois não utiliza a moeda corrente nacional.
Como o Imposto nem tão novo assim incide sobre transações financeiras quanto menos transações são feitas menor o acumulo do imposto, na década que esse imposto foi implementado, uma forma de burla-lo era manter o dinheiro em mãos para que sua movimentação não pudesse ser taxada, dinheiro na mão ou de baixo do colchão. Claro que isso só é valido para uma inflação controlada para não haver perda de valor na moeda.
Com a era digital, moedas virtuais são o novo dinheiro na mão. podendo ter os mesmos benefícios de dinheiro em banco na conta corrente sem o revés do imposto.
